Subsidiary / Associated Labels
As with so many labels, Fourth Dimension has also been responsible for housing
a subsidiary or two and, although they no longer exist (outside some unsold
stock), here is everything you may or may not wish to know about them...
INSTINCTIVE RECORDS
This was activated in 1993 to either introduce new groups or work with others
perhaps already associated with Fourth Dimension in one form or another via
a series of 7" compilations, as noted below.
| 7INS001
V/A 'Under the Skin (Volume One)' 7" Features Delphium, Spleen and Heroin. One of the two Delphium tracks includes a collaboration with Splintered members. Spleen featured Colin Bradley of Dual/Splintered, and Heroin featured Stuart Carter who also went on to work with Splintered's final incarnation before it evolved into the still active Theme. Released in October 1993 in an edition of 500 with an insert. BUY NOW! |

| 7INST002
V/A 'Under the Skin (Volume Two)' 7" Features Band Of Pain, Cosmonauts Hail Satan, Indianhead and Husk. Released in November 1994 in an edition of 500 with an insert. NB: The record's labels were actually put on the wrong sides (a manufacturing fault). BUY NOW! |

| And so ended Instinctive Records' industrious lifespan... | |
WILL MONTGOMERY RECORDS
A label simply designed to serve as a collaboration between Fourth Dimension
Records and Dirter Promotions, which also lasted for two releases, as noted.
| DPFDCD001
SPLINTERED 'Live at The Monarch, Camden, 30/11/93' CDR Released at a time when CDRs seemed like a real novelty, this catches Splintered's lineup comprising Richard Johnson (voice, tapes, guitar), Paul Dudeney (drums, voice), James Machin (guitar), Steve Pittis (analogue synths, tapes, samples), and Paul Wright (bass). Songs include 'G.A.O.T.U.', 'Candleskin', 'Godsend', 'Hilt', 'Nexus' and others. Released in a hand numbered edition of 5 copies. OUT OF PRINT. |

| WMR002
COSMONAUTS HAIL SATAN 'Cape Cannibal Skull Island Apocalypse' CD Also joint-released with the still prolific and rather wonderful Amanita in France. Please, however, refer to the Fourth Dimension Catalogue for further information. |
